Helmed by Chef Masanao Saito, the menu offers an innovative Japanese-Italian rendition of appetisers, mains, pastas and pizzas.
Featuring the finest seasonal ethnic ingredients, spoil yourselves silly with the Burrata Cheese (SGD18). Served with tomato jelly, Genovese sauce, sliced lemon peels, extra virgin olive oil, fresh basil and a garnish of edible flowers, the creamy cheese textures go well with simple crostinis from the kitchen.
Whet your appetite with the King Crab Croquette (SGD12). Creamy balls of king crab are rolled in crispy breaded batter then deep fried, served with truffle mayonnaise and prosciutto ham. Pair them with Hiroshima Oysters (SGD15) served on crushed ice with wasabi foam, ponzu jelly, ikura and yuzu dressing. It’s an explosion of flavours to come.

The Classic Margarita (SGD25++) features oak barrel aged Los Azulejos Tequila Anejo as the base, a generous pour of Bartender Series spiced Gin, a dash of artisanal Mancino Ross Amaranto Vermouth and Orange & Grapes Bitters.
